Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

- United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days  
- Middle East: 3–6 business days  
- Europe: 4–8 business days  
- United States & Canada: 5–9 business days  
- Australia & Rest of World: 6–10 business days  

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or courier issues beyond our control.


Free Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $120 USD.

For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes
MadeByMoon is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


 Lost or Damaged Packages
MadeByMoon is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
