At Made by Moon, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, please contact us at:

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the return instructions and the address where the item should be sent.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be unused and unworn
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Items that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
If you are unsure about your item, please contact us before sending it back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@madebymoonjewellery.com. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
